I was sexually assaulted and filed a grievance. An NDA was part of the settlement I was forced to sign. I was not involved in the process. I was forced to sign by my union and my unions lawyer. It has taken away my rights to file a workers compensation claim. I was given no time to decide what to do.  I am financially, psychologically depleted in every way imaginable.

I work for a labour union and have spent over 2 decades fighting workplace harassment and discrimination. If it can happen to me, a so called “expert”, just imagine the thousands of women this is happening to in every single province in Canada!
