STORY 93
I am currently the subject of an NDA and an injunction in connection with that NDA. I worked for a well known football club as a contractor, and discovered that my co-director was aggressively involved in a multi million tax fraud. I initially reported this to a Solicitor by way of a public interest disclosure but he didn't do anything other than to negotiate the sale of my shares after I was hounded out of the company. Concerned about the implications for myself as a result of the tax fraud, as a co-director, I decided to report matters to the Police and eventually HMRC got involved. I was sexually assaulted in an attempt to silence me whilst I was still employed, but incredibly, a court of appeal has ruled that as I was the only person who knew about the tax fraud, my co-director was entitled to confidentiality, and that I was in breach of the NDA. This seems incredible NDA abuse still exists and I must be one of the few men who is a victim of it.
