I haven't officially been asked to sign an NDA yet but it's being very strongly mooted as a deterrent for trial as I am being told it will be very difficult to prove the events. Currently the process is extending an already very long and drawn out process spanning almost 13 years. I am still at the stage before any formal approach, which basically constitutes threats and intimidation tactics. I will never sign (an NDA). The experience of being silenced throughout an extensively delayed internal investigation process has already had critical effects on my health and contributed to life changing illness. Along with the fact that I was already bullied for whistleblowing; being paid off to be silent would only make me ill again and really never evolve from being part of the problem.
