RACISM AND NDAs: A VIDEO SERIES

Introduction:

Can’t Buy My Silence Canada is collaborating with BIPOC Academic Coalition (BIPOC AC) for the RACISM and NDAs: A VIDEO SERIES. After our initial meeting with BIPOC AC, it became more clear that we needed to highlight the widespread use of NDAs to cover up experiences of racism and discrimination. We know from our own data with Speak Out Revolution, and other studies now, that 1 in 3 workers will be asked to sign an NDA in their lifetime and that number is higher still among people of colour.

We launched RACISM and NDAs: A VIDEO SERIES in December 2024 on our YouTube channel. Since then, other individuals have come forward to share their experiences with racism, discrimination and NDAs. We will continue to publish new videos over the coming weeks. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive notifications or check this page for new content.
